The Regenerative Impact Investment Fund would work with early-stage master-planned developments to create regenerative communities.

We focus on fast-growing metro exurbs, planning greenfield value sites with a potential to leapfrog closer in competitors.

US EPA announces the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund of $20 Billion.

In April of 2024, the US EPA announced the availability of $20 billion in funding for projects that reduce Greenhouse gases within the USA. Of particular note to projects like Nature Towns, is that 20% of the funding is set aside for rural communities. It is important to note that applicants must demonstrate the social impact that the use of funds will have on local communities, particularly historically disadvantaged communities.

Nature Towns has demonstrated through its Triple Bottom Line Cost Benefit Analysis to residents in rural communities with $16,700 per household per year in benefits. In addition to those benefits, we produce nutrient- dense foods that help reduce chronic disease, as well as help first-time homebuyers with great communities that build home equity.

Regenerative Communities are the future. They provide coherent islands of critical bioregional and regenerative assets that make a community regenerative in a sea of industrialized ecosystems.

Our work fills a growing vacuum for the financing of these unique facilities in a community. Help speed the start of the first Regenerative Communities at large scale!

Why RIIF?

We can’t build regenerative futures using mechanistic approaches and management organizations. RIIF enables not just investment but management and training support through the whole process from design to build, operate and transfer.

Our Services

Long-term capital

Where possible, we help funds purchase regenerative assets using green muni bonds. Click here to learn more about regenerative assets.

Bridge Financing

For Developers building regenerative infrastructure, we are exploring the feasibility of providing bridge financing for those assets awaiting placement with as green muni bonds.

Living Systems Approach

We bring a living systems management and operations framework to projects that align the long-term ownership by the residents (usually in the form of Municipal Utility Districts) with the initial design team.
